If this sounds like you, please read on:
A rare opportunity has arisen to join East Berkshire Primary Care Out of Hours Services (EBPCOOH) as an ANP. It’s rare because our ANPs stay with us for a long time, so these positions don’t come up often.
That’s because at EBPCOOH, we look after our staff and ensure that work/life balance is a priority. We believe your job should fit into your life, not the other way around.
In fact, our nurses tell us the biggest benefit of working for us is the vastly improved quality of life. That’s down to reduced commitments, job flexibility and the high level of managerial support we give you. Workloads are managed carefully, and you have a protected caseload – with a maximum 15 minutes per appointment.
And you – like all our staff – will be our No.1 priority. We have a zero-tolerance approach to violence and aggression and we protect you at work. EBPCOOH is a safe environment.
Other benefits include £58,500 to £68,250 salary, NHS Pension, 30 days holiday (excl. Bank Holidays), six days study leave, NMC and indemnity paid, and NHS discount.
